What gripes me also is when they send their "customer service" offshore, you end up dealing with someone who hasn't got a clue and is usually hard to understand even if they do. I could not believe how awful Quicken Essentials was. I used it for about a day, got so fed up I just uninstalled it and went back to my old Quicken. I sent Intuit a scathing message about QE and never got a response. Didn't expect one either.
