No , you are not alone. My Insight email account goes offline quite often recently. I called Insight. All they had to offer was that they were having problems and working on them. The problems have been of longer standing than I like. Maybe if we complain en masse will we at least hear what ails them. Marta Sent from my iPad with the hope typos are at a minimum
