I never had any trouble with Insight and like their help and performance when you call. I have everything with Insight, cable, phone, internet. Just lately, the mail has gone wobbly and shows grayed out for awhile, but then gets back on when I click on "get all accounts online" So I do hope it is all just temporary. I signed up for faster speed. Maybe that will help. Marta
