Personally, I will not buy from anyone on line, who does not accept PayPal.
The safety factor goes beyond reimbursement for bad purchases. With PayPal
your CC number is not shared. And as I understand it, your CC number is a
critical part of identity theft schemes.
On the single occasion I needed a refund from PayPal, it came expeditiously -
reasonable time being allowed for he seller to correct the issue.
