A good point. There's no point in bashing Windows. MS actually succeeded in fullfilling the dream that Apple had which was for everyone to have a computer but Apple lost site of it's original goal by making computers too expensive because of it's poor business model. Apple was and is it's worst enemy and it's past failures is not the fault of MS. Apple had it all at one point. It's better to have a PC than no computer. Apple continues with it's business model that failed it in the past. I'm sorry but not everyone wants an iMac. People want choices. The G4 is not a choice because it continues to be too expensive. Apple will continue to become more and more of a niche computer, particularly as Windows becomes better and better. I have gotten around the high prices by always buying a used Mac but not everyone wants to do this. I'm also much happier with my Beige G3 than an iMac. I want a computer that is expandable. "We won.
