Thanks for the input. I'm tending toward just setting up POP accounts 
with my host account and save the time of the inhouse server. I set up 1 
other account one besides mine for another user to see how it goes. So 
far, fine.

We won't be sending files back and forth much (at least not as I envision 
it now), so that shouldn't be a limitation. The goal is to get a file 
server that both Windows and Macs can "see" so files could be put there 
for others to retrieve.

So since I won't be "spinning up" my own mail server, what direction 
should I go for a file server? Lack of $$$ is a BIG issue.

The geek in me wants to try a Linux box. The only other 'spare' computer 
sitting around here is a P476.
