My guess (we've been talking about this otherwhere, so I've thought about this 
a bit) is that Server will be an optional install, much like language packs; 
once it is installed, it will make the changes to the system. I suspect that if 
it's installed, it will not be something you can simply uninstall, you'll have 
to reinstall the system.

Something like that, though I expect the Server will simply be listed under 
Customize rather than a separate installer.

(I have not installed the Developer Preview yet).
