You can call it all you want but you are still wrong.  I am getting 3 copies of 
all your email.  I expect to get 2 but you are replying incorrectly.  I am not 
going to spoon feed you.  When you hit reply all, you need to make sure it is 
going where you want it to go.  YOU are responsible for where you send email.  
Next time you hit REPLY ALL please look at the list of where you are sending 
and see what your mistake is.

They purposefully did it that way.  Whether you or I agree with it is 
immaterial.  That is the way it is and we have to deal with it.

There is no "correct" behavior for lists.  There are arguments pro and con for 
each way. 

You are still responsible for the mail you send.
