I bet that my name is showing TWICE in the reply to list. Since I send from the address [email protected] and the reply to is set to [email protected] so when you hit REPLY ALL it is sending it to both of those addresses. That is why I get THREE copies. THAT is the problem. Not that I get two copies. I have no problem with that. That I get three copies, two of which YOU are PERSONALLY sending me because you are a f'n idiot when it comes to mail. Excuse the language but you started it (see below). Since I know how Apple Mail works and its deficiencies, I know exactly what you are and are not doing and why it is happening. > >> I am not going to spoon feed you. YOU are responsible for where the bullet (or email) goes. You are sending out copies due to your issue with being considerate instead of lazy. PLEASE STOP sending me two personal copies. You choose to use the email client you use, which I assume is Apple Mail. In fact looking at your email's headers it is Apple Mail. You are responsible for using it incorrectly. > > >> Next time you hit REPLY ALL please look at the list of where you are sending >> and see what your mistake is. > > No. Now you are just being an ass. > >>> 2. The list is set the way the list owners want it to be. My problem is not with the list. It is with inconsiderate people that shotgun email out without regard to where they are sending it and refuse to accept responsibility. > >>> >>> 3. I have no problems getting two copies when people choose to reply to the sender and to the list. I am not getting multiple copies due to the listserve. I am not complaining about getting 2 copies, one to me personally and one through the listserve. I am complaining about YOU not knowing how your email software works and blasting 2 copies of everything you send to me personally to me. It has nothing to do with arrogance or narcissism. It has to do with common courtesy and having a f'n clue about what you are doing, both of which you seem to lack. It is called common courtesy to KNOW where you are sending email and not send it out multiple times to the person you are reply to. It is YOUR responsibility to know where the emails you send are going. You refuse to accept that. That does not diminish your responsibility. > >> You are still responsible for the mail you send. > > I have no problem with the email I send. You have a problem with the email > received. Send all of my emails automatically to the trash then. I have a problem with the mails you send. You are responsible for them yet refuse to accept that responsibility.
