Sounds good....but does not work.
I can choose whatever action, the rule work, but not the sound
action...(MacMini with OSX 10.5.8)
Then you have a debugging task ahead of you, because your machine is
an exception. I've been using five or six rules like this (including
the one shown) for years and they all play the sound fine.
