Opera also has great global CSS settings that a Normal can figure out. The 
problem with things posted here are that none are user-friendly. Each site 
requires tweaking because one override that works on one will break many 
other sites. 

Opera has a mode that lets you browse sites without any CSS and/or only 
with your custom CSS. 

I used to use Opera a ton, since it was the only browser that offered 
tabs well before Firefox/Safri/Konq did. But I rarely use it now, and when 
I do need to do CSS work, I use FireBug which is a developer-only tool 
that I wouldn't let my mother look at for one second! :)
