AppleMobileSync quits suddenly

Since two days, when syncing iPad and Mac mini (osx 10.5.8, Intel), I  
get everytime a message stating that an app named "AppleMobileSync"  
had suddenly quit
Nevertheless, the syncing seems to continue...
Is that to be taken serious or what else....
