I just spent 20 minutes on the phone tonight with a client who owns the hugest
and most expensive iMac I've ever seen (I think it has a bigger screen than my
TV), five of them telling her repeatedly to "Find the key labeled 'control' on
the bottom row of the keyboard and hold it down." She kept whining that she
couldn't find it, just a row of icons. I kept saying, "Not the screen, the
keyboard." We maintained this impasse until I thought of giving her another
hint: "The keyboard is the thing you TYPE ON."
So tonight I'd be real inclined to cast my vote with Jobs'.
