Simple: I was under the impression that in 10.7, the grid of virtual
desktops was gone, replaced by the "per-app" grouping, only, and with
no way to work with virtual desktops.

I went over the BestBuy, which has an Apple rep working the apple
section, and that person could not figure out how to enable a grid of
virtual desktops, and then confirmed my understanding that it was now
gone.

So this is, in fact, wrong? I can still make a 4x4 grid, I just can't
see the 4x4 grid except when I'm moving up/down/left/right?
