I run mostly Safari on my 10.7.3 16GB Mac Pro Early 2008 2 x 3ghz (8 core). I
have a lot of windows and tons and tons of tabs. I am not very good at
cleaning up after myself. I rarely restart Safari. Sometimes weeks between
restarts.

this describes my situation except a 16GB early 2011 MacBook Pro 2.3GHz i7 (4 core), and i do quit Safari every week or so

My only issues are an NVidia GL error that happens to crash the plugin and/or webprocess
processes which triggers the aforementioned "reload all windows" type dialog
box. It is a known bug with some NVidia cards it seems (I have the Quadro FX 5600) and
Apple has not fixed it for several dot releases (it was a Lion issue and was in the pre
release version of Lion from what I can gather from others who have it and it is still
there. I reported it on Radar and it was closed as a duplicate. I ask about its status
every once in a while and they basically seem to not be working on it. Very frustrating
as it also sometimes happens in iPhoto and elsewhere. )

i get the reload all Safari windows symptom two or three times a week; it's a pain because my internet connection is rather slow, so reloading is painful; i can't find an item in the log that corresponds to it though (video is Radeon 6750)

And an issue with Flash. Flash stuff just won't run in my Safari. I have the
latest Flash installed and it works fine in Chrome and Firefox.

i use Flash only in Chrome (where it is preloaded, so it is not available to to any other browser)

otoh, Chrome has a problem with the 1Password plug-in; every day or two 1Password stops working in Chrome and the plug-in process maxes out one cpu, then when i kill it (via Chrome's Task Manager) it asks to be restarted, which pushes all 8 cpus (two per core) to 100% for 30 seconds or so
