This means if you are regularly blocking cookies and resetting Safari to avoid tracking, your login credentials for the iTunes store in the iTunes application get hosed. Not only that, it hoses iTunes Match and the ability to play (or download) tunes from iCloud. To fix this, it appears you have to turn cookies back on in Safari. Then, going back to iTunes, you will possibly be presented login panels in iTunes for everything from iTunes Radio to iTunes Match, iTunes Automatic Downloads and the iTunes store. But they will work given that Safari cookies are not being blocked. If they don't, quitting and relaunching iTunes usually helps. Pretty twisted. Then if you go back to Safari and block cookies and reset Safari (with all options checked ON, including cached data), you will invariably have to go back through this login cycle again in iTunes, toggling cookies in Safari etc. PITA K > > > > >> >> _______________________________________________ >> MacOSX-talk mailing list >> [email protected] >> http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk > > _______________________________________________ > MacOSX-talk mailing list > [email protected] > http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk _______________________________________________ MacOSX-talk mailing list [email protected] http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk
