Okay... on to yet another bug in Big Sur: The upgrade process "upgraded" my email. Now when I go to compose a new email (not reply), the To: and Cc: fields don't autocomplete the designee's address. I have to type the whole thing in (though after the 1st such time, it remembers that designee and autocompletes it from then on).
