I use a 1 gig "mini mac" core duo, and develop/run JayOS on it. Only
nneed to reboot into OS X to burn bootable HFS CDs, but that's only a
temporary condition :)

Note that JayOS does not completely support the PowerPC, but works
great on the Intel Macs and regular x86 processors.
