intel xserves hardware offers a great quality/value relationship so people can
consider it to replace their current linux servers hardware and to re-purpose
it to macos in case of need.
I tried several times to run linux on it without any success. BIOS
compatibility is not available on intel xserver.
The only way I can think of running it is having elilo and a kernel compatible
with efi and apple firmware extensions.
I could not get any of those.
Could anyone get that?

hi Brent. i remember seeing an email a while ago asking the same thing, but
iirc it didn't garner any public responses. but i guess you knew that already
cuz you searched the list's history, right? =)
i'm curious as to why you want to run GNU/Linux on an xserve.
