Well, thanks, Anne. At least it isn't me, and I'm not crazy. I was really surprised about Samantha, because she is the U.S. English voice for IOS still, and Milena is the Russian voice for IOS. Go figure. Honestly, my real hope, and I am not holding my breath for it, is that the Ivona tts will become available. Their Russian voice is wonderful! Best I've heard for a Russian voice that is available as a tts for screen readers.
