Those come into my inbox late too.
Like someone sending it just now and me getting it about 2 minutes late at
least.
I can assure you that looking In the inbox directly using chrome shows the
email instantly.
I never had problems on Ubuntu with Thunderbird on the same email address and
still it does not have that problem.

But I am seeing that Apple mail (with all the great accessibility it has ), is
often slow to send and receive emails.
Is any one using outlook as their primary mail client?
How is the accessibility and does spell check work?
