No one has the "right" to break the law. We will all know what to expect in Snow Leopard when all the information is made public. Being blind is also not an excuse for breaking the law. This is just a matter of breaking NDA contracts because of a few people's impatience. No one is making you upgrade to Snow Leopard before you know what's included. It doesn't even come out for nearly three more months.
