Excuse me ALex, but before you lecture me on what I should or should
not post to the list or what is or is not covered under a NDA, I think
you had best check your information. You are in fact completely wrong
about this being information covered under a NDA. It is very unlikely
this publication, which is publicly available, would have posted
information protected under a NDA. I am covered under a NDA with Apple
and so I am fully aware and appreciate my legal and other
responsibilities while under the NDA. So, I strongly suggest that in
the future, before you post such a message, that you have your facts
straight and be prepared to support your assertions with credible
sources. I take offense to your posting and feel that you did not take
the time to determine the nature or source of this information before
posting your message.
In addition, I did not state anything beyond what was clearly stated
in the article and if you had read the article, you would have
determined that the October date was provided and not something I
determined on my own. Even if I knew what the release date would be, I
assure you I would not share that information with this or any other
list because I again, fully appreciate and respect my obligations
under the NDA. So, do we understand each other?
Have I made myself very clear?
