Alex, apology accepted and I am very sensitive to the issue of NDAs.  
I've been under NDAs on and off for a number of years and I take them  
very seriously. So, I am a little touchy perhaps. :)
  The big problem is folks don't understand that violating a NDA can  
harm the future participation for more than the violator and I think  
you know what I mean.
