Hi Kim,

I don't think you can.  Or at least I wasn't able to do it, and I have heard
the same from others.  Are you using JAWS as your screen-reader?  If yes,
one suggestion I can make is that you give it a go with Window-Eyes or
System Access.  I heard from someone at apple that there are known problems
with JAWS and ITunes.  They say that FS is working on them, but who knows.
