I'm sorry for your difficulties. When I purchased my new MacBook today, I had no difficulties. In fact, they could not ahve been kinder. They gave me a considerable discount on the price of my mac especially considering I asked for an upgrade on the HD. I assume I get SL with the laptop next Friday.
