Where did you get the DRMed music? I don't think iTunes does DRM on audio tracks anymore. Might be something where, if you got it from iTunes, downloading a fresh copy might get you an unencumbered version. That said, I think in the states the DMCA says the mere act of breaking encryption is not legal, despite fair use laws etc.
