OK I've got Nisus writer Pro! As part of a software package but really have not 
used it!
But if you want to find out if [A] it does what you want [B] and worth the 
price to buy it!
You can try it out for 15 days [they say the demo is fully functional!
And just nosing around my copy I have not came across anything that VO cannot 
read so looks very accessible and I do believe Nisus are hot on VO!

So for 15 days you should find out if it is worth it to you!
