Hi, nope. turning your computer on/off doesn’t damage any hardware.
That being said, I leave my Mac on all the time as well. I’ll restart maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks for any number of reasons. From updates, to general maintenance. Bottom line though, you don’t really gain or lose anything either way you go.
