Hello Mary Maybe I am wrong, but Adobe doesn't seem to be very committed in getting this done for us. At least the PDF pen pro people are willing to do it. That says a lot. When I get a chance, I will take one of my numbers files and convert them to a table or something. But I can see if it works. With the pro version, you can convert files to excel. I can see how well that works if that would be any benefit to you. Gigi
