Yes and no. The yes is that you can, according to their support people, get a 
sighted person to rename the fields once you have told the program to find the 
form fields. This is because they are numbered and you can’t tell what you have 
landed on if the author did not make the pdf file accessible to start with. 
Once they are renamed to something that makes sense, then it should work. I 
have not tried this personally, so I don’t know what complications there are, 
if any. On files that have made accessible, then you can do them. I just did an 
IRS form 941 last week.
