It does work with VoiceOver, offering many of the same gestures you already
know--swiping, double tapping, etc. It also supports Mac-specific ones, like
two-finger swipes left or right to for interaction, and the use of modifier
keys with gestures to run any command you want. Finally, it provides screen
exploration, letting you touch and have VO describe what your finger is on.
All that said, I don't use the one in my MacBook very often because I'm so
used to doing everything with my hands on the keyboard. That's just a
personal preference, though.
