For me, at least, having to feel dots 7 and 8 just to know where the cursor is is just not what I'd like. For example, when I'm in a dialog, and voiceover focus is on the text of the dialog, its hard to read with dots 7 and 8 in the way. I'd like the mac braille implimentation to be more like the iPhone, or at least have the choice.
