I imagine you're seeing one of the crash strings that went to this list a few 
days ago. Switch to a voice that isn't from Apple and you should be able to 
delete the offending message(s). Use any Vocalizer voice, like Tom, Samantha, 
Ava, Kate, etc. You'll have to download them first, by going to VO Utility > 
speech > voice popup button > customize. Check the voices you want, hit OK, and 
wait for the download to complete. Then use that same popup button to pick the 
new voice.
