Lol don't mention it. I think the only way that Apple will fix this issue is if more of us sends an email to [email protected] or if people are using the betas like myself uses Feedback Assistant to report this issue, that's the only way this will be fixed. I'm only one voice but if they hear more voices maybe they'll do something. Yeah, I wish we could choose what's in that rotor, but unfortunately that's not the case. Personally, I don't see the significance of the Window Spots option because I rarely have more than one window open. So if we could choose what rotor options we want like in iOS, I'd for sure get rid of Window Spots.
