another bug that I am aware of has to do with safari. When you are is safari and command-tab to get to another app, it will sometimes keep placing you in safari no matter what you do. It will also read the text your cursor was on when you switched to another app. I don't know the steps to reproduce this, as it only happens sometimes. But then, it really annoying. The fix is to of course restart vo, but still
