Scott,
I have posted a time or two about these things. This is why I did a
clean install, in the hopes of correcting many issues. I do not hate El
Cap, I hate the aggravations. (smiles)
The VO issues made setting up the clean install extremely painful at
times.
I looked into running diagnostics to test my hardware but for this
model I have, it must use online diagnostics which I could not manage.

I didn’t read about your specific bluetooth or voice issues but personally I
find El Capitan pretty stable and good although I do run the public betas.
Right now though I’m on 10.11.4 like everyone else and not hating it. But
that’s me. Others may have specific gripes that just aren’t in my usage model.

I don't think anyone is asking for the perfect OS, but asking for others'

"Its not that bad" is purely subjective. Its that bad if you must rely on
hearing accurate feedback via Voiceover. This is not annoying, its beyond that.
Now if you have solutions to the speech and Bluetooth issues I brought up, then it
might really be "Its not that bad".
Just remember, we each have different setups and needs and wants and
experiences.

Really, honestly, it's not that bad. If you want a system without bugs, build
it yourself because it just does not exist. I think you'll find it difficult to
produce. Sighted people have bugs too. It's not just us. In my opinion, upgrade
and deal with what comes. It's the only way the bugs will possibly get squashed.

Oh my goodness, what a mess.
Think I'll stay put with my current workflow.

Forgot this. When bringing up the app store, most times focus is lost and
command tab to another app then back fixes it.

Hi all,
I am wondering to those of you who have installed El Capitan is it
worth installing and have the bugs been squashed relating to VoiceOver
in the current build?
One of the reasons I didn't jump to put it on my machine was the
horrible bugs when first released.
Any insight appreciated.
Yours respectfully,
Sadam Ahmed
