I didn’t read about your specific bluetooth or voice issues but personally I find El Capitan pretty stable and good although I do run the public betas. Right now though I’m on 10.11.4 like everyone else and not hating it. But that’s me. Others may have specific gripes that just aren’t in my usage model.
