For my part, I run ClamXAV. It has already saved my bacon on at least one occasion just the other day. I got an e-mail from a spam bot pretending to be Wells Fargo bank. Even though I did not open the e-mail itself, I would have been in real trouble had I not been running ClamXAV. How accessible is it? Nearly totally. It costs, but, it’s worth it.
