Perhaps my turn to raise a Vulcan eyebrow in confusion.
According to some sources there are perhaps over 400 million individuals on the planet experiencing sight loss...educated by whom and qualified for what? I am thinking of the doctors lawyers, scientists and even members of Parliament at the moment smiles.
 Not that access and inclusion is about blindness  so to speak.
