Scott,
I see. A friend lost his 3rd to a scumbag and at that time the 3rd was no longer available so he got a 4th. He is happy with it.

So the accessibility sucks on the Apple TV 4th gen. I myself prefer the 3rd

The apps are hit and miss when it comes to accessibility. The Amazon fire TV
is less expensive, more powerful in terms of graphics and processor and in my
opinion the accessibility is more consistent.

Scott,
Perhaps our viewing habits are different. Might bve I do not know what I am
missing but the ATV 3rd works just fine for me. One reason I want a 4fh is to
add apps not available on the 3rd. Got a 4th? Send it to me. (smiles)

Some other changes, one of which may be good is a Files app probably like

iPhone 5 and 5c will be left behind as well as iPad 4th and older. I still
have an iPad mini 2nd but would rather get an Apple TV 4th if I had the bucks.
