I use the item chooser a whole lot.  I also use vo/left and right arrows and 
vo/a to read text.  It works very nicely for me.  I browse links with the tab 
key if I don't have a specific thing in mind to look for with the item chooser. 
 Occasionally I use the web rodor, but not that much.
