Oh, I couldn’t disagree more! Browsing on my MBA is so much more efficient than
on my iPhone SE. I have so many shortcuts at my disposal on the Mac and I
hardly ever have these busy problems.
I disable lots of features that don’t interest me such as alerts. I turn off
everything to do with Mission Control. I have verbosity at medium and turn off
hints. I have the mouse set to ignore the other cursors. I’m sure I do other
things too, but I can’t remember.
For reading articles, I use the Safari Reader and jump to the first heading
before pressing VO-a to read continuously.
I use the web rotor a lot, as well as the item chooser.
I’m often much faster at getting around a website than my sighted husband who’s
a Mac expert and a great shortcut user.

Cheers,

Anne
