Nimer, maybe I can be of help. Typically this is caused by damaged filesystems. I’m curious about you having this with SSD as well. I do occasionally but by occasionally I mean maybe 1 out of 100 sites. I have seen applications have memory problems also and enter this state but typically a fresh format and restore from a backup does the trick. I know for certain I experienced this far more with a rotating disk which is why I asked the question. Seems like the sort of thing we should be able to figure out with some sort of resource monitor like top.
