Michael, Go to Voiceover utility with vo+f8 and choose speech category. In the scroll area, find the default voice and activate the edit button which allows you to adjust all possible features of your default voice. If necessary, expand the dialog as it may be collapsed. You can then go through all the elements changing them to Alex voice. I’m not at present regularly using Mojave so I can’t exactly write out the steps but I hope you have enough experience by now to achieve what you want. Good luck.
