Hi, Upon more testing, I did lose VO speech another time yesterday. I was using my Headphones while making a call, and used the button on the headphones to end the call. This caused me to lose VO speech and sounds totally. Haptics were still working, but no sound at all. I did make another call with my headphones on, but did a two-finger double-tap to end the call this time. I did not lose sound in this case. This leads me to believe, at least so far, that it has something to do with how VO is routing sound. I've not experienced the problem at all when I just use my iPhone normally without headphones, but twice now with headphones on. It seems t, somehow the iPhone gets confused with where the sound is to be routed, and thus shuts the entire sound off. I might need to do some more testing to confirm all these findings, but might be getting somewhere. Just an FYI. Later...
