OK, Mark, I’m at a loss for words, because the Schedule in Advance button does appear in fact on my iPhone 7. And Uber support did get back to me about the ETA info, but all they could do was to have me check to be sure I had the latest update, then the usual troubleshooting steps like powering phone on/off, logging out/in, uninstall/reinstall the app. So I really don’t know what else to say, except that it very well might be that there is something quirky about how the app runs in the Los Angeles area, strange and weird as that sounds.
