Just do a 3 finger double tap, turns vo on and off.

turn voice over off or on again, when handing my phone to a sighted
user when they were helping me.
This no longer seems to work so I've got to go the long way around by
going into settings, accessability and then voice over.
Can anyone tell me of a quick way of doing this, theses days.
