Sure, I can get assistance to turn voice over off or on by going the long way via settings/accessability and so on, but your talking about voice over "shortcuts" Are you refering to 3 and 4 rapid presses of the home button to quickly disarm serie or re-arm it it? I really do hope so, because this is how I had my phone set up in the past and that worked for me nicely. Very best wishes.
