Also, two of probably the most important key strokes for a Mac beginner are those for accessing the voiceover Help menu and the keyboard Help menu. Voiceover Help menu is accessed with control option H, and the keyboard help menu by control option K. The ladder lets you poke around on the keyboard and hear what functions those keys will perform outside of the Help system.
